We currently ship Monday-Friday, with orders that are placed before 3pm usually going out the next day.  Orders placed in the evening can take up to an additional business day before they are shipped.  During summer months if it is extremely hot we may hold balms, salves, and candles ordered on Thursday or Friday until Monday to ship so they aren't sitting in a hot mail sorting facility over the weekend.  We will send an email with a tracking number once an order is shipped.

Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class.  Most orders will arrive within 7 business days.

International orders are shipped without tracking through First Class Package International Service. Buyers may be responsible for customs fees in their country. We cannot lie on a customs form about the value of ordered items. Customers are responsible to know their country's laws about cannabis products. If we ever overcharge on shipping we refund the difference.

In order to ensure only the freshest products are sent to our customers, we craft many of our fine oil serums only after they have been ordered.  This may add an additional day to processing time, depending on the time and day the order is placed.  

Customers in the Los Angeles area can visit one of our locations to view samples and purchase products.


Returns are not accepted for non-damaged goods. If an item has been damaged during transit please email photos showing damage and a replacement will be mailed out at no cost.


The welfare of animals and our planet are important to us.  We do not engage in any kind of animal testing, except on our own bodies.  We source all of our ingredients from companies that guarantee no animal testing.  Unless otherwise stated, all of our products are Vegan.

We strive to only use certified organic ingredients whenever possible, and to purchase our raw ingredients from reputable companies with strong commitments to supporting organic agriculture.
